Caile-girl I like this

Caile-girl is a single woman from Home of Sassy Southern Belles, Georgia, USA.

Hi! I'm an INFJ and a compulsive sandwich squasher. I seldom answer mail due to time constraints. "Online" does not mean available (sometimes I hide in the sofa cushions). Other than the fact that I'm socially avoidant, I can be a fun person! Really!

I do appreciate the friend requests but I get easily overwhelmed. I prefer to subscribe to users' content instead, unless I get to know someone on a more personal basis over time. Thanks for your patience and understanding. :)

For those who understand you, no explanation is necessary; for those who don't, none is possible. ~Kurt Cobain

HAVING A HARD TIME WITH MY INTERNET SERVICE RIGHT NOW. Will be online next week. Argh!

If these Iranian government zealots have their way, Iranians could be put to death simply doing what we're all doing right now: blogging. Frankly, I think these power-hungry, corrupt Iranian officials should themselves be executed.
Iran mulls death penalty for Internet crimes TEHERAN - Iran's parliament is set to debate a draft bill which could see the death penalty used for those deemed to promote corruption, prostitution and apostasy on the Internet, reports said on Wednesday. ...[This] includes "establishing weblogs and sites promoting corruption, prostitution and apostasy", which is a new addition to crimes punishable by death.

Gee. The Internet is being used as a massive information-gathering, snooping mechanism upon its (largely) unsuspecting populace? Who knew?

Former Congressman Warns Of Martial Law Camps In America
Feb 25, 4:36am    (24 reviews)  politics, civil-rights  http://www.infowars.net/articles/februar...
Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees. According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists." Those who say the American populace is "alarmed over nothing" really piss me off. By the time they wise up, it will be too late to do much ~ if anything ~ about it.

Bush: The new Hitler
Make no mistake about it: the de-facto repeal of the Posse Comitatus Act (PCA) is an ominous assault on American democratic tradition and jurisprudence. The 1878 Act... has been the best protection we've had against the power-hungry intentions of an unscrupulous and reckless executive, an executive intent on using force to enforce its will.
Is America ready for the onset of martial law enforced against its citizens? I sure as hell am not! 31 Similarities between Bush and Hitler (I'm sure there are many more similarities now, since this list was written three years ago!)

Pentagon to implant microchips in soldiers brains - Looking Glass News

This will probably be the most articulate, classy post I've ever done (even better than my ones about farts). I generally like to keep my blog on the lighter side with the occasional warning or news item about our collective ever-increasing privacy and civil rights erosion because there are more than enough "politically-themed" blogs on SU. But this time I'm seething mad and I don't care if visitors are offended or not. I'm gonna say what I have to say (and I'm not even a raging liberal! Imagine!).
From the page: "The Department of Defense is planning to implant microchips in soldiers' brains for monitoring their health information, and has already awarded a $1.6 million contract to the Center for Bioelectronics, Biosensors and Biochips (C3B) at Clemson University for the development of an implantable 'biochip.' Soldiers fear that the biochip, about the size of a grain of rice, which measures and relays information on soldiers vital signs 24 hours a day, can be used to put them under surveillance even when they are off duty."

FUCK NO. FUCKING HELL NO. Screw the Pentagon. Screw microchipping human beings in the name of "ensuring our personal safety." No one's putting chips in my sons or anyone else in my family or even my dog, for that matter. Fuck the U.S. government and its slimy, hidden agendas. (I'm saying this while I'm still allowed to.) /rant PS: Pardon my "French." [Thanks to foggy1 for posting this link. You ruined my breakfast, foggy! LOL, j/k. People really do need to pay attention. Oh, and mom's going to have a heart attack when she sees my "political incorrectness" but she'll live. I've always had a stubborn streak. Now please pardon me while I get a mild sedative so I can chill and go back to posting my inane humor and goofy sarcasm.]
