 | Caile-girl is a single woman from Home of Sassy Southern Belles, Georgia, USA. Hi! I'm an INFJ and a compulsive sandwich squasher. I seldom answer mail due to time constraints. "Online" does not mean available (sometimes I hide in the sofa cushions). Other than the fact that I'm socially avoidant, I can be a fun person! Really!
I do appreciate the friend requests but I get easily overwhelmed. I prefer to subscribe to users' content instead, unless I get to know someone on a more personal basis over time. Thanks for your patience and understanding. :)

 - thecoolhunter.net - CREATIVE WORK ENVIRONMENTS - Do you work in one?
Dec 25, 2007 9:07am (7 reviews) graphic-design, design, trends, interiors http://www.thecoolhunter.net/design/CREA...- I am totally loving this coolhunter site. This is the second post I've made from their pages in three days.
But seriously. Look at this energy-charged office and tell me you prefer a drab, grey, windowless, fluorescent-lit cubicle to this wide expanse of breathing room, extensive desk space, an inspiring sunlit view larger than a wall-sized plasma-screen TV, and colorful, neatly-arranged storage for all those intellectual books such as The Cat In The Hat and Where's Waldo? that you like to read when no one's looking. All this office needs is a little greenery, maybe a small corner fountain (respect your "Chi," and water is a life-giving force, people!), and a padlock to keep intruders out so you can watch Internet porn without being interrupted.
If I had an office like this, I might actually be persuaded to work outside my home for a change. Check out the other featured offices as well. Catering to employee individuality and making workspaces attractive and inviting increases motivation, creativity and productivity (and ultimately the "bottom line") ~ an obvious fact that most corporations, despite their "innovative and progressive" facades, seem to have glaringly overlooked in their quest to cut corners and turn humans into miserable, intellectually-numbed Dilbertesque drones.
