Absolutely. Totally. Awesome. I've been using this Internet-based radio site for several months now, and I guess I'll go ahead and share ~ but no pushing or shoving!

"Unfortunately, Slacker Personal Radio is currently only available in the United States. While we are working to extend our licenses to other parts of the world, at this time we can only play music to our listeners within the United States."

So, apparently it only works in the US right now. But at least they're working on expanding to other areas. Hopefully soon!
